Great gift for a pirate-loving child
I bought this for my 4 year old nephew, who loves pirates. He started playing with it immediately. It comes with instructions on how to build each component, which were not totally clear to a small child. My nephew found it a little bit difficult to follow exactly, however, it did stop him getting bored. There are not enough pieces of lego to build all the components at the same time, which is why I didn't give it 5 stars. The ship is the most impressive and I believe that one of the animals requires some of the pieces from that, so he didn't want to make it at all as it would mean dismantling the ship.
